They cover your use of this website and the appointments you book through it with Ridgewood Nail Club LLC, doing business as Ridgewood Nail Club by N&E. Using the site means you accept them.

Booking runs through Meevo, our salon software, embedded on our booking page. Your appointment is confirmed by Meevo, not by this website, and a deposit secures it. That deposit is applied to the cost of your service.

Meevo and its payment processor handle the payment itself under their own terms.

Please give us at least 24 hours. Cancellations inside that window, and no-shows, are charged 50 percent of the service price. Cancel in time and your deposit comes back in full.

Arriving late may mean we have to shorten or reschedule your service so the guest after you is not kept waiting.

Prices on this site are starting rates. Length, nail art, repairs, and finish change the final price, and we will always tell you before we begin. Prices can change, and the price quoted at your appointment is the one that applies.

Gift cards can be used against any service, do not expire, and cannot be exchanged for cash except where the law requires it. Treat one like cash: we cannot replace a lost or stolen card.

We care about the work and we stand behind it. Tell us within seven days if something is not right and we will make it right.

Natural nails, skin, and daily wear all differ, so we cannot promise a specific wear time. Please tell your technician about allergies, sensitivities, infections, or injuries before we start, and we may decline a service where it would not be safe or sanitary to proceed.

The text, photography, and design here belong to us and are not for reuse without permission. We work to keep the information accurate, but the site is provided as is, and details such as pricing and availability may change.

Where the law allows, our liability arising from your use of this website is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in question.
